These terms are written to keep expectations clear for a lightweight, practical software product without unnecessary legal complexity.
tracklane is made and operated by MT Software.
The service
tracklane provides a lightweight CRM designed to help freelancers and small service businesses organize opportunities, notes, statuses, and related operational context.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information associated with it.
Your data and responsibility
You are responsible for the data you add, import, or manage through tracklane. Only store information you have the legal right to use and manage.
Acceptable use
You may not use tracklane for unlawful activity, attempts to disrupt the service, unauthorized access attempts, abusive automation, or activities that create risk for the platform or other users.
Availability
tracklane is provided on a best-effort basis. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure incidents, updates, third-party outages, or technical issues.
No warranty
tracklane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every workflow, or any specific business outcome resulting from use of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MT Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages resulting from the use or inability to use tracklane.
Product changes
tracklane may evolve over time. Features, workflows, pricing, limits, integrations, and product direction may change as the service improves.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of abuse, misuse, excessive platform risk, or violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MT Software's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
