What tracklane stores
tracklane stores the account information needed to provide the service, along with the opportunity and workspace data you choose to add or import. This may include deal details, notes, statuses, links, sources, and lightweight conversation context.
Authentication
Authentication is handled through secure third-party authentication providers. tracklane does not ask for passwords to external platforms, inboxes, or third-party services.
Imported data
Data you import into tracklane remains yours. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store and manage the information you add to your workspace.
Analytics
tracklane uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic product usage and improve the service. This includes aggregated information such as page visits and general usage patterns. tracklane does not use advertising trackers or sell user data.
Data use
tracklane only uses stored data as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service. User data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace data is stored until it is deleted by the user or removed after account closure. Reasonable backup and retention periods may temporarily preserve data for operational and recovery purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect stored data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We may request verification before processing sensitive requests.
Changes
This policy may evolve as tracklane grows and improves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
